# Land

Land represents an ongoing expansion of the Splinterlands experience, granting players ownership and interaction with land within the continent of Praetoria. By constructing worksites and staking cards on their land plots, players can own and produce resources. As development progresses through multiple stages, Land will eventually provide access to over 50 resources, enabling the creation of unique items and spells exclusive to land ownership. Currently, Land Phase 1.5 is nearing completion. Stay tuned for updates!
