Beta was the first set to feature Neutral element units. It also broke new ground with 5 Epic rarity Summoners, one for each Element excluding Dragon, as well as 5 Legendary rarity summoners via airdrops for each of the non-Dragon elements (Dragon was originally the only Element with a legendary summoner, Selenia Sky). After the airdrops, these became available in packs.

Only 900,000 Beta booster packs were created.
