# Linking Wallets

## Instructions for Linking Wallets

1. Under your Splinterlands account name, select [**Link External Wallet**](https://next.splinterlands.com/user/external-wallet)**.**
2. Choose the type of wallet you wish to link to your account.
3. Enter the address of the wallet you wish to link in the **Address** field - ***do not use an exchange address***
4. Click save, then verify the transaction through your external wallet.
